Christmas is coming, and in Germany, that means it's time to bust out recipes for the Weihnachtsgans, aka the Christmas goose. This dish is made from a roasted goose, and the tradition dates back as far as the Middle Ages. The goose is often stuffed with apples, chestnuts and dried plums. Sides tend to include red cabbage and potato dumplings.
