CCC - Puto Bumbong - Philippines Multi-Cache

Christmas is colorful everywhere but not nearly as colorful as it is in the Philippines. That's because they eat a vibrantly colored dish at Christmas, called puto bumbong. Made of purple rice cake, the dish is steamed in bamboo tubes and then served on banana leaves and doused in butter. Sometimes, you can find it sprinkled with sugar or grated coconut.
