CCC - Buche de Noel - France Traditional Cache

Also known as the Yule log, the Buche de Noel is a traditional Christmas cake that is particularly popular in France during the holidays. The sponge cake is shaped to resemble a Yule log and is stuffed with a sweet cream. Its roots date back to the 19th century. Today, the Buche de Noel tradition can also be found in Switzerland, Belgium and French Canada.
