infj23: In the three years (8 days short of 3 years, actually) that Josephine the Quaker has been active, 90 happy cachers have made her acquaintance and claimed a smiley. But all good things come to an end and the host has disappeared. So Josephine the Quaker is no more. Thanks to all who visited Josephine's homage to Pennsylvania and her Quaker heritage. Keep calm and cache on!

Geocache Description:

A quick park-n-grab on along a lightly traveled rural road.

Josephine thought it would be a good idea to set out a cache in this cache-poor area and in the process pay homage to part of the Keystone State’s legacy. And so you have Josephine the Quaker.

No, Josephine is not a Quaker, but a Basset Hound, but we love Pennsylvania and wanted to place a cache here. I’ve done a bit of caching around the area and wanted to return the favor.

So as you visit Josephine the Quaker, be careful, watch for driving muggles, enjoy the bucolic Pennsylvania countryside, and remember the Quaker forebears who had a significant impact on the great state that Pennsylvania became. As a former Pennsylvania resident, I'm happy to salute the Quaker State!
