Geocache Description:



Aeon the Terrible is a buzzard who lives for approximately one eon; at the end of his lifetime, he turns into ice and snow. His time is up on December 31 of the year that Rudolph's Shiny New Year takes place. Aeon goes looking for Happy, the baby new year, to stop him from assuming his position, and thus have time freeze and make himself immortal. He chases Happy through many lands, but in the end it is the sight of Happy's big ears that causes Aeon to laugh so hard that it is impossible for him to turn into ice and snow. He thus gets the result he wanted. It is unknown what happens to him afterward.
