Continuing my theme of naming most of my trackables after songs, "Ben" is a song released in 1972 as the theme song from the movie of the same name (a sequel to "Willard" from the year prior).  Written by Don Black and Walter Scharf, the song was performed in the film by Lee Montgomery, but another version by Michael Jackson was played over the end credits.  The latter version by Jackson was released as a single and reached #1 in the U.S. (Jackson's first #1 as a solo artist), #1 in Australia, #6 in Canada, and #7 in the U.K.  It also won the Golden Globe for Best Song and was nominated for an Oscar / Academy Award.
