The goal of "Pennies from Heaven" is mainly just to travel the world. Feel free take photos--be creative! :-)

Continuing my theme of naming most of my trackables after songs, "Pennies from Heaven" is a 1936 song first released by Bing Crosby. Written by Arthur Johnston and Johnny Burke, it was the title song from the 1936 film of the same name directed by Norman Z. McLeod and starring Crosby, Madge Evans and Edith Fellows.
The song was #1 in the U.S. for 10 weeks and was also nominated for the Academy Award for Best Original Song. Versions of the song have been recorded by many artists, including Louis Armstrong, Frank Sinatra, Billie Holiday, Dave Brubeck, Count Basie and Stan Getz.
