Tri-Cities Geocoin Challenge 2014
“Fun in the Sun”
- This is one of 30 caches placed as part of the 2014 Tri-Cities Geocoin Challenge.
- There are 10 new geocaches placed in each of the three cities.
- To earn all 3 pieces of the puzzle geocoin, you must find at least 8 geocaches in each city plus one of the 3 Multi-caches (for a total of 25 caches).
- Each geocache has a code word written inside the container.
- Record the code words on your entry form.
- You will need at least 8 code words per city plus the code word from the multi-cache you chose for a total of 25 code words.
- Upon successful completion of the challenge, one coin per city will be awarded per household (which will give you one complete set).

Archery
W. E. Johnson Park on the west side of Richland includes an archery range where both amateur Robin Hoods and skilled bow hunters can practice their aim. Now where’s the apple to put on top of your head?
To avoid any major bushwhacking, from the parking lot, head west past the closed gate and then make a left onto the dirt road. Follow it just a short distance before veering towards the cache. The cache is a regular size container. Please take the time to replace the cache properly. In warm weather, please watch for rattlesnakes!
