Tri-Cities Geocoin Challenge 2014
“Fun in the Sun”
- This is one of 30 caches placed as part of the 2014 Tri-Cities Geocoin Challenge.
- There are 10 new geocaches placed in each of the three cities.
- To earn all 3 pieces of the puzzle geocoin, you must find at least 8 geocaches in each city plus one of the 3 Multi-caches (for a total of 25 caches).
- Each geocache has a code word written inside the container.
- Record the code words on your entry form.
- You will need at least 8 code words per city plus the code word from the multi-cache you chose for a total of 25 code words.
- Upon successful completion of the challenge, one coin per city will be awarded per household (which will give you one complete set).

Off-Roading
If off-roading is your thing, then Horn Rapids Motorsports Complex is the place to be. HRMC is a 500-acre facility inside of which are multiple riding areas, a lighted stadium supercross track, and a 1.9 mile motocross track. Over 20,000 riders a year test their dirt bikes, ATVs, Jeeps, and other 4X4s at this facility.
On weekends, the entrance road can be busy, so please be sure to pull off the road and do not block traffic. Use care when exiting your vehicle. In warmer weather, please watch for rattlesnakes!
