Geocache Description:

Schlagel Park is a three acre riverfront park that offers a full-service marina with covered boat moorage. Features • Boat Launch • Marina • Picnic Area • Restrooms

Boating enthusiasts may head to three-acre Schlagel Park (pasco-wa.gov) in Pasco for access to a full-service marina and boat launch on the Columbia River. Covered moorage also is available for boats at the marina. Shaded picnic areas are located beneath the park's trees and grassy areas are available for relaxing in the sun Recreation: With 300 days of sunshine and an abundance of rivers, Pasco has a lot to offer in the area of recreation. People can take the opportunity to boat, water-ski, windsurf, swim, fish, hunt, walk, jog, or bike over 22 miles of riverfront paths. The mild winter climate allows golf courses to stay open year round. Located within a few hours is a ski resort for snow lovers. Pasco boasts of the areas largest sporting complex, which includes six softball fields, batting cages, a playground, adjoining soccer fields, and a professional baseball stadium nearby, where the Tri-City Dust Devils Single A team plays baseball.

This is one of 30 caches placed as part of the 2014 Tri-Cities Geocoin Challenge.
There are 10 new geocaches placed in each of the three cities.
To earn all 3 pieces of the puzzle geocoin, you must find at least 8 geocaches in each city plus one of the 3 Multi-caches (for a total of 25 caches).
Each geocache has a code word written inside the container.
Record the code words on your entry form.
You will need at least 8 code words per city plus the code word from the multi-cache you chose for a total of 25 code words.
Upon successful completion of the challenge, one coin per city will be awarded per household (which will give you one complete set).
