Geocache Description:

The cache is NOT hidden at the above coordinates. To find the cache you must solve the puzzle.

But when you get to the final location, pause, and listen to the silence; the music of the mountain can no longer be heard.


Isn't it odd that most of my favourite composers are dead: Franz Liszt, Henryk Górecki, Claude Debussy, Frédéric Chopin, John Cage, Arvo Pärt (whom, incidentally, I have had the pleasure of meeting), Jules Massenet, Hector Berlioz, Franz Schubert, Giacomo Puccini, Richard Strauss, Philip Glass, Sergei Rachmaninoff?

The Cruagh Geocaching trail
I have placed seven geocaches along this route: 4 Traditional hides, 2 Unknown caches (one to be solved at home, the other to be solved at the location), and an enigmatic and difficult Multi Stage cache. Although the walk can be completed in either direction, I would suggest an anticlockwise approach for geocachers planning to search for all seven hides. Turning right at the fork will, initially, appear to be taking you further away from the caches, (if you watch your GPSr), but the path doubles back before long and your GPS will be happy again.
A 100% successful campaign would ideally see the order of events as:
