Spectres have been seen in the windows and on some dreary nights, the overgrown garden. Those that have ventured close to the property have reported a chilling feel in their bones. Most have paid heed to the warning and left. No one slights them for it. The minute few who have thought themselves brave enough to enter, the old women in town tell, have not been seen again.
