The 15 caches that form the crosses are all traditional caches. They differ from each other when looking at shape and size, but the are all easy to find. Over deze locatie
Kade vernoemd naar de Amsterdamse tekenaar en graveur Reinier Vinkeles (9 juni 1741 – 30 januari 1816).
Na een studie in Parijs begon Vinkeles, terug in Amsterdam, talloze toneel- en boekillustraties, historische prenten, topografische scènes, portretgravures, schilderijreproducties te produceren.
Werd uitgenodigd door Catharina de Grote van Rusland om directeur van de Sint-Petersburgse Kunstacademie te worden, maar hij weigerde dit.
Zijn enorme productiviteit - Vinkeles' oeuvre wordt geschat op ca. 2.500 prenten - leidde soms tot oppervlakkigheid, maar zijn beste werk (vooral zijn vroegere) wordt hogelijk gewaardeerd.
Zijn latere werk voor uitgaven als Kok's Vaderlandsch Woordenboek, het Vervolg van Wagenaar en andere dergelijke werken, maar ook zijn vele stadsgezichten en landschappen, zijn daarnaast van historisch belang.

Quay named after the Amsterdam artist and engraver Reinier Vinkeles (9 June 1741 - 30 January 1816).
After a study In Paris, Vinkeles began to produce countless theater and book illustrations, historical prints, topographical scenes, portrait engravings, painting reproductions and so on in Amsterdam.
Was invited by Catherine the Great of Russia to become director of the St. Petersburg Art Academy, but he refused.
His enormous productivity - Vinkeles' oeuvre is estimated at around 2,500 prints - sometimes led to superficiality, but his best work (especially his former) is highly appreciated.
His later work for publications such as Kok's Vaderlandsch Woordenboek, the Vervolg van Wagenaar and other such works, but also his many cityscapes and landscapes, are also of historical importance.
