Kennewick General Hospital
(The Old)

Opened in 1952, Kennewick General Hospital is a publicly‐owned hospital and the anchor facility of Kennewick Public Hospital District. The KGH building on the corner of W. 8th Avenue and S. Dayton Street formerly belonged to the Kennewick School District and was used to service school buses up until 1991.

Today, the facility is part of KGH’s main hospital campus and provides a workshop for the hospital’s wood workers, welders, and painters; storage; and a home for KGH Volunteer Department and Auxiliary, who have a craft/work room for creating items to sell in the hospital’s gift shop.
