Game On! #2: Playing the Game of Bones Mystery Cache

Winter is coming. There's no doubt about it. So I decided if I'm going to place any more caches before the snow flies, I should get going. There is nothing hidden at the posted coordinates. You will be seeking a magnetic key box. Solve the puzzle below to determine where the cache is located.

My husband and I do not have similar tastes in books or television shows, but we have both read and watched The Game of Thrones in its entirety (so far). We both are hooked and are eagerly awaiting the publication of the next installment.

Among the many catch-phrases in the series is the saying, "All men must die." Death never seems far from any character, and we never know what seemingly small decision may set off a domino effect resulting in disaster. One minute everything is smooth sailing, and the next someone ends up headed for the boneyard. If you can line up the dominoes below in the proper order, things should fall into place such that you can find this cache.
