Rain or Shine!

Gather up at the posted coords, on time,
under my Geocaching Flag TB.
Most everything you need for the cleanup will be provided at the starting coords:
(Trash Bags, water, snacks, etc.)
Yet, you WILL get dirty, so dress appropriately, and wear good footwear.
Your garden gloves will come in handy as well.

Our planned cleanup area would be a little North from the gathering point,
from the Eliot Bridge, downstream to the Anderson Bridge (North Harvard Street).
(see Waypoints below)

Afterwards, a raffle drawing will be held,
where we can geo-mingle & exchange TBs as well.
(Raffle prizes TBA later...)

Also, an after-cleanup picnic/cookout a little South in this same park, is planned.
"In honor of your hard work you are invited to the
Charles River Cleanup Picnic
Your Cleanup T-shirt is your ticket, please bring it with you.
April 25th, 2015 12pm – 2pm"

Please post your "Will Attend" log together with how many non-cachers will join you,
and put this cache on your "Watchlist" for future updates about this CITO Event.

Also, please spread the word out about this CITO Event to other cachers.

A special CITO 2015 Souvenir will be awarded to all CITO Event attendees this weekend.

The Geocaching Blog: Join the Geocaching Global Cleanup Called CITO

"CITO weekend will be here before you know it. In case you haven’t heard, CITO stands for Cache In Trash Out. It’s the geocacher’s approach to keeping our game board (i.e. the entire planet) in great shape. On the weekend of April 25 and 26, geocachers around the globe will gather together, pick up trash, remove invasive species, repair trails and more—plus earn a pretty sweet new souvenir."
