Well folks, it can't get much earlier in the year than this!
Meet us New Years Day, Jan 1, 2015 at One O'clock PM (13:00) as the series makes its first trip to Thompson Park in Lincroft, New Jersey.
Neither snow nor rain nor cold nor gloom of night stays these cachers from a Geocaching Event! The 667 acre park features 14 miles of multiple-use trails, a playground, tennis courts, a fishing lake for canoes/kayaks, creative arts center, off-leash dog area and ample caching opportunities. The grills will be smokin' to keep us warm if the weather is as cold as we hope it will be.
We'll stay until the first cacher freezes (or 4:00 when the park will close).
Please post a note if you'll be attending and what you'll be bringing. We'll supply charcoal for the grill, some snacks and maybe a new cache or two. If you made it to one of the previous First BBQ events you know you can't miss this one!
