pot luck or snacks. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available. PLEASE list in your log what you will bring, thanks.
Putting geo-names and faces together is always fun, so generic name tags will be provided. However, EVENT BUTTONS will again be courtesy of Henry & Elly aka HenryDurant .
They have volunteered to make personalized pins for each member of teams that have posted their attendance by May 2nd. You may list individual names in your “will attend” or send that info by email to Elly at elly@ellyd.com indicate TS&S event button on subject line.
PATHTAGS:Each team will receive a one from Hikers2 especially designed by Rick (Tatooine Tags) for this event. 
NEW CACHES 
are hopefully being planned! As of this posting date there are 140 caches within a 5 mile radius of Pelham and 640 caches within a 10 mile radius of Pelham.
TRAVEL BUGS:
To facilitate a smooth transfer at the exchange table, please post a note in advance to log in and drop the TBs/Geocoins you will be bringing. You can to sign them IN and OUT on the sheets we use to answer any questions that may arise during the week after the event.
RAFFLE - of - DONATED ITEMS
At 3:00 p.m. we will start drawing names and continue this until there are no more.

DOGS
Are allowed but must be leashed as they are not allowed on the soccer fields. Thanks.
