Geocache Description:

Solar System - Saturn

This site is the sixth in a series of geocaches hidden around Fredericton. Each cache will represent a planet, and will contain a brief description of the planet at the correct scale distance from the Sun. Start your journey among the planets by visiting City Hall and looking at the circle of water (in the summer) around the fountain.(N 45° 57.790' W 66° 38.598') Now imagine that our Sun was this big and Saturn was the size of a beachball orbiting about 5.6 Kilometers away. Your closest neighbour is Jupiter about half way back to the sun. Imagine how empty space is. Take a card and leave a space related item if you can. The complete series can be found at:
