The cache is a medium sized locked plastic container nestled in the grass by the corner of the fence. You're supposed to get a parking pass to park in this area. (They are sold many placed near by.) However, you can pull you car up within 20 or 30 feet of the cache. Shouldn't take but a minute.

Update - 11/19/2016 - The hiding place is different than when originally hidden, so you now need to apply an offset of +0.010 N and +0.038 W to the solution puzzle to get the new location. You can park in the same place as before. Cache is a proper small, hidden at the corner of the fence under a small file of stones.
