Scale Model: Earth Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

PartOfTheProblem: There was no good way to replace this one where it was before, so I set out a replacement cache instead.

Earth 2 is GC560RD

Same basic idea. Just have to catch earth in a different part of its orbit.

Thanks Everyone!

Geocache Description:

This cache is part of a series of caches, each representing a planet in our solar system. All the planets are where they should be.

But first, you'll need to find The Sun.

Ready for the third planet? This one might be a little trickier than the first two.
To find the Earth, head out on a bearing of 240 degrees and 34 minutes from the sun. (Bearing is from true north.) The Earth is a little farther than it's median distance from the sun. Thankfully our planet has a pretty circular orbit, so that should narrow it down. There's a good parking area nearby where you can see the sun if you look close.

No need to stray far from the road. The cache isn't that hard to find, but feel free to email if you're stumped.
