DEATH MARCHING WITH ESKO - WEST YANKEE

I was looking over Rogers Lake and started cross checking to see where people had been before they headed out to the Fond du Lac State Forest.  I found that five people (even Pear Head) had visited caches in different towns before coming out here for a hike.

Using the information provided, determine the order they found Rogers Lake and the town (including Proctor) where they found their last cache before beginning the trek to Rogers Lake.

  1. CageJay (who didn’t leave from Proctor) was there first.

  2. The geocacher that left from Carlton was there immediately after Mom&Son.

  3. IBcrashen, who was there before the person that had left from Cloquet, was the second person to visit Rogers Lake.

  4. The geocacher that started from Duluth was the fourth one at Rogers Lake.  DLHCacher wasn’t the fifth one there.

BE WARNED.  I used the names of those that have visited Rogers Lake while making up this logic puzzle.  All similarities end there.

CageJay 1 6

Pear Head 3 8
DLHCacher 4 9

You can check your answers for this puzzle on Geochecker.com.

There are six geocaches in this series, including two puzzle caches.  The traditional caches are LIMA, MIKE, PAPA, SIERRA, and the puzzle caches are YANKEE and XRAY.  You will need to find all of them in order to find the western final which has half of the information to find Finally Done Death Marching with Esko, the last of the fifteen caches in this series.

The Death Marching with Esko series are located around the Fond du Lac State Forest Ski Trail.  PLEASE do not walk in the ski track during the winter, walk along side the cross country ski track.  The trail intersection waypoints and Parking Lot coordinates are listed on Death Marching with Esko - Western Final and on Death Marching with Esko - Eastern Final.  Good luck and enjoy the walk.
