This coin was found by Vic's Plunder, Punkterlou and Giddens2010 in a night cache at Lake Manatee State Park at the LMSP Event. when we found it it didn't have a activation code attached so we are now activating it as ours. No one had ever activated it before, so my guess is that it was never activated and the paper got lost from the coin.
