Old: Willie's friend Wanda the Whale really wants to see the ocean again! Since Willie reached California (and presumably the Pacific Ocean), then Wanda would like to see the Atlantic Ocean first. After that, any other ocean would be great, including the Pacific.
Newer: Wanda made it to see the Atlantic Ocean before becoming lost, perhaps at sea? Wally would just like to travel just like his friends Willie and Wanda did, and visit oceans.
Newest (July 2016) Wally was last seen in Arizona last fall. That's too far away from water for him to survive.... Now stepping into the lineup for this traveler is Best the Dolphin. Named because the dolphin keychain has "best" on it 
Goal: Continue to travel and visit oceans.
Willie the Whale was lost while on his journey, last seen in California in August of 2006. Two years later, Willie's friend Wanda the Whale is taking over the mission, armed with Willie's duplicate tag.
May 2013: Now their friend Wally has taken over and would like to visit any ocean.
July 2016: Happy 10th anniversary to this traveler! 4th release with Best the Dolphin, named because the dolphin keychain has "best" on it
