After yet another cool soggy summer and no opportunity to take Salty on some seaside adventures it was time to return him to the wild. Sorry for hanging onto him for so long.

Salty has been for a trip up to Forresters Beach on the Central Coast of NSW. There was a lot of debris on the beach from the recent floods of the Hawkesbury River so he didn’t go swimming this time.

  • Salty playing Salty enjoyed playing in the structures created from the flood debris washed up on the beach.
  • Taking in the view Salty enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and taking in the view to Terrigal.

Salty is still a long way from home! Did he make it back to Wales by 2014? He has just spent a lovely time at Pretty Beach on the edge of Murramarang National Park Marine Protection Zone on the beautiful South Coast of NSW. Sadly with no reception down there I didn’t get to log until our return home so missed the chance to take some photos of him down there. We’ll take him on some other adventures and get some pics before moving him on. With Australian borders still tightly regulated I’m not sure if we can get him back to Wales (or if he even wants to go back anymore)? Will post some pics soon!
