Ko-Ko The Red-Haired Orangutan is very rare.He not only is cross-eyed,but his heart is on his stomach! One day while Ko-Ko was being transfered to have his eyes corrected(by surgery),the lock on his cage came open, and while his caretaker stopped for lunch, Ko-Ko escaped! He has been looking for his caretaken ever since, but everytime his caretaker gets close, Ko-Ko manages to stay one cache ahead.Ko-Ko calls home once in awhile, but his caretaker dont understand orangutan talk so Ko-Ko must depend on whoever has him at the time to explain his whereabouts. Stories and pictures are welcome.
Ko-Ko is about 6"tall and his arms about 15"long. He has red-hair

Got him - hopefully he will help us explaining geocaching to some colleagues and find another home at the Eifel region.

Found it at a small lake in a beautiful forest in western Germany. Quite a nice place for an orangutan. As we don't have too much time for geocaching in the next days, we left him at this place.
