Helen was born and raised in Castle Rock , Washington, USA, on May 18, 1980.

She enjoys hiking Mt. St. Helens while looking for signs of Sasquatch as well as helping tourists that may get lost on trails. (She is a proud member of the Cowlitz County Search And Rescue Team). She is good at clearing weeds from trails and playing in mud puddles.
