EN: The mission of this special CITO coin is to raise awareness about climate change and publicize the new friendship of geocachers with the initiative "LEIPZIG plants". Read the description and become part of our initiatives or just come to one of our tree planting events.

DE: Seit nun mehr 10 Jahren pflanzen die Leipziger Geocacher zusammen mit der "Stiftung Wald für Sachsen" im Umland unserer schönen Stadt Bäume für eine nachhaltige Zukunft und um der Natur einen kleinen Teil unseres ökologischen Fußabdrucks zurückzugeben. Nun ist es Zeit unser Netzwerk auszudehnen und so wollen wir mit dem Event (2021-11-06 - GC9HD1V) unsere Freundschaft mit der Initiative "LEIPZIG pflanzt" begründen und in Zukunft gemeinsam mit verschiedenen Aktionen unsere Stadt und das Umland etwas grüner machen.

EN: For more than 10 years now, the Leipzig Geocachers together with the foundation "Stiftung Wald für Sachsen" have been planting trees in the surrounding area of our beautiful city for a sustainable future and to give nature back a small part of our ecological footprint. Now it's time to expand our network and so we want to establish with the event (2021-11-06 - GC9HD1V) our friendship with the initiative "LEIPZIG plants" and in the future together with various actions to make our city and the surrounding area greener.

DE: Nun ist es an euch unsere Mission als Vision mit zu verwirklichen, der Region Leipzig und dem Umland etwas zurückgeben. Etwas, das man nicht kaufen kann, wir aber für unser Leben so dringend brauchen! Bäume, Bäume und noch mehr Bäume, die nicht nur CO² absorbieren, sondern die auch Humus bilden, das Klima kühlen, Wasser binden, vielen Tieren und Insekten Nahrung und Schutz bieten und die den Menschen noch in hunderten von Jahren Erholung in der Natur und Freude schenken können. Bäume dafür, dass auch unsere Kinder, Enkel und Urenkel noch in einer gesunden Natur und Umwelt leben können.

EN: Now it is up to you to realize our mission as a vision, to give something back to the region of Leipzig and the surrounding area. Something that you can not buy, but we need so urgently for our lives! Trees, trees and even more trees, which not only absorb CO², but also form humus, cool the climate, bind water, provide food and shelter for many animals and insects and which can still give people recreation in nature and joy in hundreds of years. Trees for the fact that our children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren can still live in a healthy nature and environment.

DE: Jetzt fragt ihr euch, was können wir schon tun ?
 
Und ich rufe euch zu sehr viel:

• schaut auf die Seiten der Initiative "LEIPZIG pflanzt" und beteiligt euch an den Aktionen oder spendet einen Beitrag für ein Projekt der Aktivisten
• engagiert euch ehrenamtlich für Umwelt- und Naturschutzorganisationen
• besucht unseren gemeinsamen Cache "Grüner wirds sonst nicht!" - GC9GNCQ und holt euch einen Eindruck von der beeindruckenden Umgebung welche hier geschaffen wurde
• beteiligt euch an regionalen CITOs (Baumpflanz- oder Müllsammel-Aktionen o.ä,) oder veranstaltet selbst ein solches Event
• lebt nachhaltiger und umweltfreundlicher, jeder für sich und fordert andere dazu auf
• verbreitet diese Idee mit dem Discovern und weitertragen, der Coin-Kopie und
• pflanzt und pflegt überall Bäume, wo es sinnvoll ist, damit unsere Zukunft eine Zukunft hat

• take a look at the pages of the initiative "LEIPZIG pflanzt" and participate in the actions or donate a contribution for a project of the activists
• volunteer for environmental and nature conservation organizations
• visit our common cache "Grüner wirds sonst nicht!" (It won't get any greener!) - GC9GNCQ and get an impression of the impressive environment that has been created here
• participate in regional CITOs (tree planting or garbage collecting actions) or organize such an event yourself
• live more sustainable and environmentally friendly, each for himself and encourage others to do the same
