For the third year in a row geocachers from Slovenia and Austria have met at the border crossing Ljubelj/Loibl in a spirit of friendship and good neighborhood relations.

 

My goal is to organise at least on Austrian-Slovene geocaching meeting per year. After 2016, 2017 this edition was already number 3 and I hope there will be much more to follow.

 

 


 

This wooden geotoken was a little surprise gift from me to all geocachers who attended my event "Welcome 2018" on January 6th. Alltogether I handed out 50 of these little wooden souvenirs.

 

May it travel from cache to cache around the world, cross many borders, and remind us all how important it is to have positive and peaceful relations with our neighbors and all the people close to us!
