I am sorry to say that we did not find this in Black Rock Mountain State Park (GC27C5R). It's possible that someone picked it up and forgot to log it. Hopefully, it will turn up soon. When you have a moment, you may want to reach out to the CO to clear up the inventory. Thanks for sharing!
