Der Motor ist, wie der des Vorgängers, ein längs eingebauter V12-Mittelmotor mit 6,5 Litern Hubraum. Er leistet maximal 515 kW (700 PS) bei 8250/min und hat ein maximales Drehmoment von 690 Newtonmetern bei 5500/min.
