One of Dunnville's best kept secrets, this 80 acre parcel of Carolinian forest was part of the farm originally settled by the Marshall family. It remained in the family until 2002 when it was donated to Haldimand county for public use.
Parking is very limited at the official entrance on Gillian Dr. but the trail can also accessed from behind the church around the corner on Hwy 3.
Update Dec 17/06:
Do not head directly to the cache without your hip waders! About 50 meters in from the main entrance a trail branches off to the left and skirts around the swamp to the cache. The entrance behind the church also leads a short way in to this trail.
