Der rund 10km lange Bachtelstrasse verbindet Hinwil via Wernetshausen-Orn-Wald mit Gibswil. Die Strecke gleicht stellenweise einer voralpinen Panoramastrasse. In Orn befindet sich die knapp 2km lange Abzweigung auf den 1115müM. hohen Bachtelgipfel, welcher dank seiner freistehenden Lage eine eindrückliche Aussicht über den Zürichsee bis weit in die Alpen hinein bietet. Dieser Streckenabschnitt ist jedoch an Sonn- und Feiertagen gesperrt. Für die Suche des Caches muss er nicht befahren werden. -> An Sonntagen lohnt sich die kleine Wanderung zum Bachtel bestimmt. http://www.swisspanoramas.ch/regionen/zuerich/hinwil/bachtel/bachtelTurm02.html
Bachtelstrasse connects Hinwil with Gibswil via Wernetshausen-Orn-Wald with Gibswil. The 10km long prealpine panoramalike road is narrow and some palces pretty steep. There's a 2km deadend road from Orn to the summet of Bachtel (1115m). I'm sure you'll enjoy the great view to Lake of Zurich and over it to the mountain range of the Alpes. I have to tell you that this part of the road is closed on Sundays and public holidays but it's not necessary to drive it to reach the cache. -> On Sundays it would well be worth to hike up the good path wich leads straight to the top of Bachtel.
