The coordinates take you to parking for this cache
Part 1:
A new cacher without a GPS, has six (6) cache containers ready to
place and was wondering where to hide them. While walking through
the park he realized that BrianSnat, TRL, Treequest, Ekitt10 and
Avroair had almost saturated the area with caches. He was told by
his friendly reviewer that he couldn't place a cache within 528
feet of another cache. The new cacher wasn't good at math so he
decided to divide the park up into a grid with each square
representing a 528 ft by 528 ft area. He began to fill in the
squares with icons indicating who had placed a cache in what spot
but then realized he only remembered the first (and sometimes
second) cache which he had come across while entering from the
various entry points around the park. He also knew that no cacher
had placed more than one cache in one row or column.
Where can he place his caches?

Part 2
Once you have figured out the 6 spots that are free, write down the
letters that correspond to each of those grids and make a word out
of them. Now refer to the offset (from the parking coordinates)
list below to work out where the cache is placed. The first number
corresponds to the North coordinate, the second to the W.
Example: If the solution word the letter 'A' in it, you must
add 0.002 to the North coordinate and add 0.010 to the West
coordinate.

Part 3
The cache is located within 0.5 miles of the parking coordinates,
and is a small tupperware container with a logbook, a couple of
