Geocache Description:

First in a series of caches to test your off road vehicle and driving capabilities.

Temp coordinates if original seem off: N 39 42.384 W 077 57.859

Welcome to the first of the Extreme Offroad Cache series. These caches will be designed to test your rigs capabilities along with your driving skills. We have taken it easy on you with this first cache, as the road is semi gravel and contains only small rocks and some very minor wash out ravines to drive over. A brave soul with a car could survive this one.

**UPDATE**
A fellow cacher attemped this one in his car and caused $600 in damage. We feel terrible this happened and do not want it to happen to anyone else, so, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE THIS TRAIL IN A VEHICLE WITH MINIMAL GROUND CLEARANCE. If you choose to do so it will be at your own risk. Thank You.

This cache is located in Indian Springs Wilderness Preserve. Cache is located at the end of a 1.5-mile semi gravel road. Road entrance coordinates are N39 41.185 W077 58.088. Follow road to end at parking coordinates N39 42.451 W077 57.712.

Cache is a .12-mile hike up into the woods from the parking coordinates. This area is a public hunting area so please be careful during hunting season. The cache area is located somewhat close to the end of public land that borders private land. The property line is very well marked and visible so should be easy to avoid.

Cache container is a slightly modified non-lethal ammo box. FTF prize is the November Isssue of 4 Wheel Drive and Sport Utility Magazine (Which is currently running the GeoStashII contest). Also contains a few air freshners, a compass with a car mount, a tire pressure gauge, and some OFF bug spray. Also make sure you "grab a smiley" while your there(in the stash of the cache).
