This is my first placed cache. I welcome your comments on location, contents, etc.
Just a short hike from parking. We placed this cache after we failed to find a tough one back farther in the woods. My boys' spirits were low & we wanted to plant one that it was a little easier to find in case others had the same tough experience & need a "pick-me-up".
It is a hinged plastic box with a few toys that my boys chose to stash it with. You can take 1 & leave 1 if able.
Box also includes some note paper.
Tree leaves make GPS accuracy a little "shady" so hopefully you won't have too much trouble. The box is hidden in the base of a tree covered by a few sticks.
