Geocache Description:

        It's coming up to Christmas
        So for your caching pleasure
        We are proud to introduce
        Our third Christmas evening event

         The Christmas Parrot Party

                     7 Pm Wednesday 6th December
                          76 Wakefield St, City

This is our third annual Christmas event.
Come and reflect on the fun you have had geocaching this year
Enjoy a night out in a central city location and embrace the Christmas spirit.
Regale others with your Geocaching exploits over the year.
Once again we ask where are Liz and Bruce ?
Are you claiming to be colour blind so you dont have to do Zytheran caches ?
When will the Traffic Controllers be back in Adelaide ?
Will Pod caches take off?
Who did the most caches in a month and who's cache was the done the most often ?
It doesnt matter if you care or not just come along and have some fun.

We are returning to the venue that provided us with such a great event last year.
There will be seating in a private event area for around 60 people.
A 3 course set menu for $35 a head has been arranged.
Special dietary needs can be arranged if you give me details before the night.
A children's menu is also available.
This is a licenced venue for those who like a drink.
There plenty of room for those not having a meal to join us.

Hi Everyone.
That was one great dinner party.
Our third just got bigger and better.
We are so pleased that everyone had such a good time.
Jumping from 25 teams to over 40 this year put the pressure on but I think we did alright.
It’s not hard to hold a good party when you have such wonderful guests.
Thanks to Ricoh for their kind donation of items to put in the cache containers.
A big thank you to all those who assisted us with the event.
Cached’s presentation was fun and I hope the caching awards gets bigger and better.
I cant wait to see what Freddo does with that enormous cache container.
Mr Parrothead had a truly excellent time. Thank you to those people who kept me topped up with beer over the night. Thank you Mrs Parrothead and the rest of the family for working on this with me.
I even found time to talk to Alex about a new GPS and now I am the proud owner of a Garmin60csx. Thanks Alex for providing me with one so quickly.
My wasn’t that a coin and TB fest. I don’t remember seeing so many in one spot before.
Thanks to everyone for making it such a memorable night and we look forward to seeing you all again next year at an even bigger event.

With each passing year this event has grown in size and we are concerned about the ability to host it in a dining venue next year. Therefore we have decided to change this annual dining event to a Picnic/BBQ park event during the day on the first Sunday of December next year (or second if a Test cricket match is on).

So remember to keep Sunday the 2nd or 9th of December 2007 free if you would like to attend next years Christmas Park event.

Cheers from Team SA_ParrotHead and we wish you all a Merry Christmas.
