The River Loddon is a river in the English counties of Berkshire
and Hampshire. It is a tributary of the River Thames, rising within
the urban area of Basingstoke and flowing to meet the Thames near
the village of Wargrave. The river has a total length of 28 miles
(45 km) and, together with its tributaries, drains an area of 1036

Quite a varied walk which should lead you along a pretty stretch
of the River Loddon.
We parked at N 51 20.398, W 001 01.293, then followed footpaths.
But you could try and park at N 51 20.617 W 001 00.321. The first
parking coordinate is approx a one mile walk to the cache. The
second coordinate offers a shorter route, which cuts out a couple
of harder stiles.
Avoid wearing sandals, as there are some thistles and
nettles.
The coordinate you are following leads you to All Saints
sign.
The second coordinate can be visited after finding the first
coordinate and completing the question:

In the cache we placed:
A small AM radio, a dinosaur, a crocodile, some novelty rubbers,
an Open Source software CD, a rubber bug, refelctive wristband,
wooden dog, bag of marbles...(and a themed children's book to be
left please!).
Can recommend THE NEW INN at Stratfield Saye, with a great
garden for children.
