I think this can be a quick, fast, easy cache to locate. But it can be difficult to find during certain times of the year.
The hiding location is in an area where lots of muggles can be found during all hours of the day. So be sly, quick, and sneaky, in order to retrieve this container, and then be able to put it back without being noticed of what you are doing.
