The predecessor of DongFeng green corridor was DongFeng
railroad, Taichung county government rearranged it to be the first
bicycle route reconstructing from abandoned railroad after the
train stops operating.
Original total route of the bikeway is about 12
kilometers, But torrential rain in June of this year breaks a
bridge in the route, So now from start point to the broken bridge
is about 8 kilometers, This cache is near the broken bridge also
near the river, But not very close to the bank of the river,
So when you seek the cache never too closer
the river.
You can reach the place of the cache from the starting
point by bike and enjoy the beautiful scenery along the road, If
you do not have too much time then you can drive to the cache
place.
