Geocache Description:

Bring own pen.

You can go down the path or the stairs, towards the river, and find "Smuggler's Cove". You are only not allowed to enter the dock. In the winter time this cache will be unofficially named "Capture of Fort Niagara 1813".

Cache is a canister, located at the edge of the path. Please use some stealth moves during the summer, especially in the weekends!

Like most cachers we also like nature. And sometimes you can find signs of humans to try to control nature in a positive way. Environment Canada is trapping Raccoons along the Niagara River. They will vaccinate all Raccoons to create a buffer zone. This is a measure to protect them against any New York State rabies infected Raccoon. So please if you see some cages please leave them alone, thanks.
