Horário de funcionamento: Sábados, domingos e feriados das 8 às 17h, sendo que para fazer a trilha à Pedra Grande até às 15h.
Ingressos são pagos, mas menores de 12 anos e maiores de 60 anos entram gratuitamente. Estudantes pagam meia entrada.
