Bedford Park Broxhill Road Havering-atte-Bower Romford Essex Lies
on a hill facing London with 215 acres free parking on the main
road that leads up to the visitor centre Pathways are quite over
grown in most areas and will be very muddy in wet times of the year
Set within Bedford Park is a series of caches with a common theme
running through them. You can enjoy the wild deer that are in a
large enclosure near the centre of the park. Also have a look
around the visitor centre built in 2003 which also has a
café within There are Cedar of Lebanon trees and beech with
oak thrown in for good measure plus many other species. They have
left quite a few areas to grow wild to promote insects and wild
flowers to thrive however non of the caches are placed near any of
these areas You will need to decipher some of the answers to solve
where the mystery is in this park Please don’t take it away
with you as there is one in each cache There are many activities on
throughout the year so why not combine one with Geocaching I set
the series on a bike but I would recommend walking as it is very
hilly unless you are super fit Allow half a day All caches are
approximately 1 litre in size and contain log book swaps and
instruction of the mystery There are fantastic views over London
from the visitor centre
two choices find the micro near the Reference Point coord or work
