center> Emerald Valley Geo-Olympics September 24, 2006 10:00AM The Olympic Committee would like to invite you to Elijah Bristow State Park for the Emerald Valley Geocachers 2006 Geo-Olympics. Pit your geocaching abilities against the best cachers in the Valley.

1. Assemble a Geo-Team before the event or join one when you arrive. Navigate your way through the Decachalon. 10 caches in the forest rated from 1 to 5 stars. Who will bring home the Gold Medal. Will it be you?

2. 5 Meter Dash. Go head to head with other geocachers, grab the mini micro, sign the log and put it back. Win your heat and advance.

3. A Sudoku Challenge awaits the puzzle solver in you.

Medals will be awarded to the Champions in all events.

A limited number of medals will be available for sale. RESERVE yours NOW! They will be on sale at the event for only $5.00!

We will have a raffle for geocaching related items.

Raffle tickets will be available for $1.00 each or six for $5.00.

Proceeds from the medals and raffle will help finance the event.

Want to cache at your own pace? There will be at least 6 brand spankin new published caches Hidden for this Event!
Guest cache hiders include Odder, LegoboyJJ, The Kernels, Geolite69, Kalapuya and Tigertailjp

A Geo-Rock Hunt will be held for the junior cachers (not you Mighty Beav). As well as other kids events.

12:00 PM Geo Rock Hunt for the Kids. Everyone is a winner!!
1:00 PM Five meter Dash Competition
3:00 PM Raffle and Medal Ceremony



There is something for everyone even if you have no desire to compete.
