I'm not sure how this was ever found by a non-cacher, but they clearly are repeat visitors, so its time for this cache to go.
Thanks to all those that visited.
I will visit in the next couple of weeks to ensure there is no geo-litter left by the cache.

Geocache Description:

I drive up Plump Hill every day on my way home from work and always enjoy the views at the top before disappearing into the forest. If you approach from the south, be sure to drive down Plump Hill.

This cache has been found by non-cachers.
Do not leave trackables.
I would recommend not leaving trades either, but that's up to you.

At the top of the hill, take the turning to The Wilderness and park at N51 51.046 W002 29.818 and then follow the Wysis Way to the cache. This is a peaceful flat walk with plenty of wildlife scurrying around the place. If you park in Mitcheldean you will make the cache harder and less pleasurable.

The sheep near the cache are super-brave sheep and may even come towards you, but rarely run away.

The original contents of the cache were birthday related items such as candles for a cake, a banner, balloons, party confetti etc, as the cache was placed during the week of both Sid and Bob's birthdays.

The Wilderness Centre provides environmental education for kids as well as the regular physical outdoor activities.

Mitcheldean is one of the more industrialised large villages in the Forest of Dean. In late 2001 Xerox quit the village leaving 1,000 people unemployed. The 67 acre site is now called Vantage Point Business Village and hosts many smaller companies.

Please ensure the cache is replaced exactly as you found it as it must not be visible.
