Geocache Description:

This cache is set up for my niece Amalya who is visiting from New York City. When asked if she wanted an easy cache that many people could visit or a hard one, only for the adventurous, she said for the adventurous. This cache is on Pennsylvania State Game Lands-- 100 inches of orange must be worn during hunting season (which is most of the time). It is a nice hike up tram roads. To find this cache take Route 711 south from Seward, PA. Turn left onto Sugar Run Road (about a half mile at most from the BiLo market). Travel up the Sugar Run Road until you see the small reservoir on the right--this is a good parking spot. Up a little way from the reservior is a tram road on the left. This is the road that will take you to the cache. The rock at the cache is quite impressive and well worth the hike. I checked the GPS several times and got a few different readings-- there was a small variance with the GPS unit, but only of one or two seconds as the signal bounced around the rock. There is a travel bug placed in the cache which Amalya hopes will soon travel.(### If you take the tram roads up you will avoid all the nasty thorns!)
