This cache is located on
Wyoming Peak in the Wyoming Range west of Big Piney, Wyoming.
Elevation on the top is 11,378 feet. If you approach the peak
from Middle Piney Lake you will climb 2500 vertical feet.
Wyoming Peak is the highest point in the Wyoming
Range.
The cache consists of a 4
inch diameter container that is painted brown. There is a
logbook and pencil to log your visit.
Enjoy the 360 degree view and
plan your trip so you don't get caught in a lightning
storm.
On the top is the old Wyoming Peak
Fire Lookout. It is not in use
anymore.
