On the tundra, just outside town, but be aware it is Polar Bear country.
We placed a small container we bought at the Northern store on the tundra outside town. There are are some handwarmers and some knick knacks, etc. Might be hard to find once the snow comes. Great view of the Churchill River.
If you are from out of town, be aware of your environment and watch for bears in summer and fall.
