Park at N44 35.092 W063 38.532 and proceed along nice, easy trail, which will take you past Spruce Hill Lake Dam.
Spruce Hill Lake is part of Long Lake Provincial Park and was a former watershed area. This trail is excellent for walking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing (although 'Fox in Rocks #1' will not be winter friendly if there's much snow). When placed, the cache contained a log book, the usual trading items, an MGA geocoin, as well as a FTF award. Enjoy the lake, and happy caching!
