Le site des Tours de Castillon se trouve près d'une village de Paradou, à proximité d'un marais qui fût asséché au 19éme siècles. Les restes de l'ancienne voie aurélienne qui se dirige vers la Meunerie de Barbegal et ses deux aqueducs (5,5 km à l'ouest) sont poches.
